1 | What language is the education taught in?
The entire program is conducted in English.
2 | Do I need previous experience in therapy, psychology or healing?
No. The program is designed to guide you step-by-step — from foundations to advanced techniques — whether you’re starting fresh or already working as a coach, therapist, or space holder.
3 | Is the program accredited?
Yes. Upon completion, you will receive a Certified Sankara Practitioner credential, recognized internationally in the field of transpersonal hypnotherapy, regression, and integrative healing.
4 | What is the format of the Sankara® academy?
It’s an online learning model: online modules will be recorded. You’ll also have a live online supervision throughout.
5 | How much time should I plan to dedicate each week?
On average, expect to spend 8-10 hours per week on coursework and practices. This includes going through recorded lessons, live online sessions, independent study, and assignments. Also consider monthly live online sessions.
During live online sessions you will be immersed in practice, studying and self development work the whole time.
6 | Will someone be available to answer my questions as I study?
Yes — you will have a tutor for supervision and access to our team to support you throughout the program.
7 | How will I know if I’m practicing the exercises correctly?
You’ll receive regular feedback from your tutor, live supervision, and opportunities to practice during online sessions, ensuring you gain both confidence and competence.
8 | Do I have to travel?
The education is done online, so you can join from where ever you are.
9 | Why are the online in-person trainings required?
The live online 1:1 sessions offer practice, personal transformation, and supervised sessions — essential to fully integrating the work.
10 | What if I can’t make the live online sessions?
All live online sessions are going to be recorded and available for you to revisit anytime.
11 | Can I keep working while enrolled?
Yes — many students balance the program alongside their careers and family commitments, thanks to the flexible online structure.
12 | Do I have access to the materials after the program?
Yes — all recorded content and course materials remain available for your reference even one year after graduation.
